DR. EBONY D. GREEN

God's Businesswoman

Educator * Jurist * Author *

Faith is central to everything I do—across business, writing, ministry, law, and education. I am a professor, legal expert, and Pre-Law Center Director, and I lead both a consultation business and a nonprofit. My life’s work is helping people birth their God-given assignments and live out faith with purpose and impact.

Dr. Ebony D. Green is an educator, jurist, and author with a passion for youth and young adult education. She has helped numerous organizations develop programs, curriculum, and systemic change to meet the needs of this generation. Most recently, she served as a Pre-Law and Criminal Justice Professor, Pre-Law Center Director, and student advisor, where she led the development of transformative legal education initiatives.

She also directs the Lawyers in Training (L.I.T.) program for middle and high school students, preparing future legal scholars for success. Under her leadership, the Pre-Law Center launched as an inaugural program—the first HBCU Pre-Law Center in the state—established a Pre-Law minor, created the Order in the Den podcast and partnered with L.I.T. Camp, and achieved a 100% ABA-accredited law school acceptance rate for alumni over three consecutive years.

A trusted voice in her field, Dr. Green regularly serves as a legal expert for local media and sits on six professional boards, including the Nickelodeon Board of Directors and the United States Commission on Civil Rights. She has since expanded full-time into her consulting practice, partnering with schools, institutions, and government agencies to design impactful educational programs while restoring faith, purpose, and community—one organization at a time.

Dr. Green earned her undergraduate degree in English, with a minor in Psychology, from Winthrop University, a Master’s in Education from Buffalo State, and a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

With a deep passion for women, emerging professionals, and youth, Dr. Green has built her career on mentoring vulnerable student populations and advancing the professional development of women leaders and young professionals. After the tragic murder of her maternal grandmother, she transitioned from traditional education to law—pursuing justice for youth in the legal system. That pivotal moment sparked a legal career that spans juvenile law, business, and now higher education, where she continues to shape the next generation of legal professionals.

Within academia and beyond, Dr. Green is the Founder and CEO of a private publishing and consulting firm, and the visionary behind the Partner in Faith Model©, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering communities through mentorship, education, and faith-based leadership.

A prolific author, Dr. Green has published over twenty works, including legal scholarship, peer-reviewed articles, research abstracts, edited volumes, instructional manuals, legal & educational programs, and inspirational books. Her notable works include I Am a Leader, Affirmations for H.E.R., and Mentor ME! The Real Statistics from Black Boys to Men.
