Name the movie in the comments. I had a conversation akin to this with my childhood friend featured above. He gave me a challenge to not allow any excuses or complaints cause me to forfeit the promises on my life five seconds apx. after Hello.
Whew! I thought I was just supposed to be "outside" today but instead of a stray - - caught a direct hit. All around me, like surround sound, I was reminded that God is ahead, for, very presently with & intentional about Ebony D. Green. Not due to any goodness of my own, but because He's good & so consistent wanting the best for me despite of me.
That's Love God's Way.
He's intentional about & the way He loves us!
If I had to give today a word or quote, it would be: "not by happenstance."
I mentioned in a prior Herspace Blog or two that the Lord will repeat Himself to drive in a point &/or to get something to us. His words may take variant forms. Allow me to serve as your accountability & PUSH for this summer start as school wraps for your children, grands &/or you:

Tomorrow is Mother's Day weekend 💗. Thinking back to childhood, here's a trivia question:
If your mother (or someone liken to) called your name & you weren't in a close proximity, "when" were you to move to see what was needed of you?
*I believe we can say this in unison especially if you grew up in a household of color (post final response in the comments): NOW.
No hesitancy or issues "may" occur. We must treat the God saids of our lives with the same level of reverential fear...honor.

Wow!! “May movement ALWAYS be your response to the God saids of your life” I am adding this to my affirmation & action list. I was raised by my grandparents who did not play. When they said “move” I moved without a moments hesitance. Yet, I have not ALWAYS held this same reverential fear/honor with God. I will be reflecting on this during my devotional time this week. #Movement will ALWAYS be my response to the God saids of my life. 🙌🏾
