YOU to live WELL.
One of my goals for the year was/is to travel more - - professionally & personally, even if it’s a quick trip. Both were completed simultaneously this weekend.
I made this decision after reading a study on the “positive” correlation of stress reduction & longevity with just quarterly trips…decided to be in these skies ever since ❤️. I’m not a huge hugger but apparently hugs from people you love also reduces cortisol (stress hormone).
It’s actually God’s will for us to prosper & be in good health (3 John 1:2). Cheers to longevity & wellness! It’s His will for us to LIVE & live well.
Anywho, consider this my health post for the month. Take a glimpse of Chi-town. I went to the Obamas’ home, that’s my story & I’m sticking to it.
